Drove 2 hrs to purchase a lease return Club Car Precedent from these guys. Following a few phone calls in attempt confirm when these carts would arrive, they called to say the delayed shipment had finally shown up. I was unable to get there that day but since they had promised a cart a few weeks earlier, they held until the next morning. This despite the fact these carts were selling faster than they could unload the trailer and "my" cart could have easily been sold. That is true customer service and I appreciate their willingness to work with me. Definitely worth the drive, saved a ton of money and met some great folks. Just wish my visit was around lunch because their restaurant looked pretty neat. I was loaded up and headed home in about 20 minutes. Thank you for the great deal and keeping your word! Definitely recommend these guys. Bought a golf cart less than a year ago. We thought the charger was bad but the light still flashes so we can't drive it. Not worried because they always give you the best service and will come to the campground and fix whatever it may be!! Great guys
Friendly, helpful staff. Bought a cart recently and had an issue with the rear seat. Nick told me to tell him how I wanted it resolved and he held true to his word and gave me what I asked for.
