In the past year my property has been broke into and items stolen and in another incident half my retaining wall was knocked down. Neither time did anyone from the office contact me to report any issues although we have a security office. But they will write you up a citation in a New York minute if your grass gets too high and turn off your power if your a day late. Seriously considering selling.
