They only stay open till 7 on a Sunday night although it shows they're open until 10. What reasonable Pizza Joint stays open until 7 on a Sunday night?????
Ordered two pizzas online on a Sunday night around 6:20, and the store was shut down by the time I arrived to pick them up at 7:00. Police had barricaded the entrance and said that an employee just recently had an emergency and to go home. In what world does losing one employee shut down a whole restaurant? The pizzas should well have been done by that point, according to the time given in my confirmation email, so why not give us the food? Besides that night, the store seems to always be understaffed, and employees there are often unresponsive and unhelpful if there is an issue with an order. Such a shame since Papa Johns is usually this family's go-to place, but it looks we'll be going to Pizza Hut from now on.
